As of the October 23,2025 Community Compliance Inspection- 6 homes were sent violation notices regarding the below violations.

 

1. Political & Landscape/Vendor Signage within front yard. 

2. Trailers being parked within the driveway.  

3. The yard/flower beds not being maintained.

4. Driveways dirty and need to be power washed to remove dirt/mildew.

5. Debris/items left within view of the street. (Not stored within the home)

 

 

The next community inspection is currently being scheduled sometime during October.
